I wanted to follow up with a quick market update as we head into the Holiday Season.
I have some Market Commentary and a Chart on the US 10 Yr Treasury.
--My Market Commentary:
Oil has hit recent lows, spreading fear in the market. As a result, Stocks are down and US Bonds have strengthened.
This has brought bond yields down, and inherently mortgage rates down as well.
think the expectation going into this is that we would start to see a gradual increase.
This may be a sign that the expectations on recent economic data is due to be weak.
